MODULES

To RUBY my mother & mentor (1906-2003)

The CD-ROMs and internet updates envisaged will be presented in modules in a series ranging from gametes, fertlization and embryo development to blastocysts and beyond, in conjunction with assisted reproduction techniques (ART) used in the laboratory. Some pathological and abnormal features will be included in each module. Research updates will appear from time to time and may include guest co-authors and digital images are presented in full colour or grey scale when portrayed.

New DVD "One Thousand Images of Human Embryogenesis"

These modules will portray images of gamete and embryo microstructure (LM & TEM) with explanatory diagrams of whole and sectioned material presented on powerpoint or as a series of images. Web images are edited and colored using Adobe Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro,saved as JPEG and GIF files, labeled and concisely annotated with references. All presentations will be mostly visual and user-friendly. A charge will be made to cover technical production costs and postage. All modules will be also available on a DVD. The author will be grateful for feedback on this website.
